You'll have a range of options on the day of delivery or the night before if you need to reschedule your delivery.

You can track your parcel all the way to you on a live map with a final 15 minute delivery timeslot with Follow My Parcel.
Personalised service
Each message has a personal touch - telling you the name of your DPD Local driver, your one hour delivery timeslot and how many stops the driver has left until they reach you.

How does it work?
Nominate a contact
Select an appropriate contact from your hospital/company to receive your delivery notifications. We only need a mobile number and/or email address. Your nominated contact can be updated at any point and as regularly as required.
Receive notifications via email and/or text
Delivery notifications can arrive via text, email or both; the choice is yours! Each SMS and email notification is personalised with options to change the date and time, maximising your choice and convenience.
Shipped
Once a parcel has been despatched, the nominated contact will receive a message informing them of the delivery date. As well as receiving options to reschedule the delivery to an alternative, more convenient delivery date. This delivery notification service allows both on the day of delivery and the night before changes, to ensure you can take delivery of goods in a way that suit.
Out for delivery
When the parcel is out for delivery, the nominated contact will receive their one hour delivery timeslot in the morning. Notifications enable the nominated contact to accurately track and watch the progress of their delivery on a real-time map all the way down to a final 15 minute timeslot.
