Early Retirement Farewell for Dean Marsh, Operation Director of Helapet
We would like to recognise our Operations Director, Dean Marsh and his significant contribution to our organisation as he prepares for his early retirement. His unwavering commitment and leadership have set high standards and we are delighted to reflect on his successful tenure with us.
Dean Marsh joined Helapet on Monday 30th March 2009 as Operations Manager overseeing the Warehouse, Quality and Supply Chain. Dean's role expanded in 2012 to encompass Manufacturing, which included him leading our premises move to Lister House. This move included the construction and validation of our two cleanroom suites, setting up our warehousing system and brand-new offices.
On 1st March 2022, Dean was appointed to the Helapet Board of Directors as Operations Director.
Throughout his 16 years with us, Dean has been involved in vital initiatives, that have helped to shape our organisation into what it is today. This has included leading the effort to achieve ISO 13485: 2016 certification which we successfully obtained in 2019. Recently, Dean successfully managed our transition audits from the Medical Device Directive, positioning us for the Medical Device Regulation accreditation.
We recently held a company coffee morning to honour Dean and included some presents and a handsome cake as small tokens for his hard work.
We wish Dean the very best in the next chapter of his life.
